A rare asset in the speaking world: a woman with credibility in elite male-dominated environments who delivers deep, actionable transformation in nutrition, stress regulation, and performance.
She’s not just an expert—she’s a trusted force who has worked with some of the most private, high-pressure communities in the world.
Hi, I’m Nicole Chenard, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping busy professionals improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition.
I specialize in helping high-performing individuals build sustainable habits that improve energy, metabolic health, and long-term performance—without restrictive diets or unrealistic plans. Whether someone has been told they need to lower their blood sugar, cholesterol, or weight, I help them bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually making it work in real life.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with everyone from executives and first responders to military communities, and breast cancer survivors, and I’ve developed nutrition programs focused on resilience and performance. My passion is giving people the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take control of their health in a way that fits their lifestyle.

Fun Facts
I bet you didn’t know:
- Most people in the United States don’t eat a healthy diet and consume too much sodium, saturated fat, and sugar, increasing their risk of chronic diseases.
- Research shows that US Veterans have a lower Healthy Eating Index (HEI) score than non-veteran Americans.
- Registered dietitians and other nutrition professionals work with veterans and their families (at VA healthcare facilities across the country) to promote wellness and prevent disease.
- Being a veteran is associated with lower HEI component scores for empty calories; veterans tend to acquire a greater share of their total calories from less nutrient-rich added sugars and solid fats.
